What sets her style apart is an amazing fusion of traditional Sumie or "Chinese Brush" painting with her own experimental techniques using water color, multiple layers of fluid acrylic paints, metallic gessos and her signature hand embossed foil spheres, as examples. Her contemporary compositions are highly tactile, sparkling, beautifully painterly and yes, oh so calming!
